What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that occur naturally in the body and play key roles in
many biological functions. In research settings, synthetic peptides are used to study cellular
processes, receptor signaling, and protein interactions.
Are your peptides intended for human consumption?
No. All products sold by Cloud9 Labs are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes
only. They are not for human use, animal use, diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic
purposes.
How should peptides be stored?
Most peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment. Lyophilized (powdered) peptides
can typically be stored at room temperature short-term or refrigerated (2–8°C) for longer
periods. Once reconstituted, they should be kept refrigerated and used within the
recommended timeframe for research stability.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every peptide is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying its purity,
identity, and quality. COAs are available upon request for all research compounds.
What is the purity of your peptides?
All peptides are synthesized to a minimum purity of 98% or higher, confirmed through HPLC
and Mass Spectrometry testing.
How are peptides shipped?
We ship all orders using temperature-controlled packaging when needed, ensuring stability
during transit. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2–5 business days, and all orders are
discreetly packaged.
How are payments processed?
For research chemical compliance and banking security, we currently accept Interac e-Transfer
and select cryptocurrency payments. These methods help maintain order security and
reliability for our research partners.
. What if I haven’t received my order or tracking number?
Tracking information is provided within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. If you haven’t
received tracking details after this period, please contact our support team at
orders@cloud9labs.ca for assistance.
Can I return or exchange peptides?
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once
products have left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please
contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Yes. We partner with independent third-party analytical laboratories to ensure all research
peptides meet strict purity and identity standards.
Do you provide bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Bulk quantities and wholesale accounts are available for research institutions and verified
